Questions

Creator is £9.99 a month on the plans page. That switch is a demo.

How does it work?
Choose a numbered edition, or describe a picture in the studio. Pick Standard or Premium, a size and a material, then add it to the cart. Checkout on this site is a demo: no payment is taken and no order is sent to a printer.
Do I own the image?
A print is a physical copy for you. A studio picture made from your prompt is personalised for you. It is not a transfer of every right in the picture, and you should not upload an image you do not have the rights to sell. The full wording is on the terms page.
What are reference images?
You can add up to four pictures in the studio. They are read on your device for colour. The picture model receives that palette in the prompt, not the files themselves.
What are dreams and generations?
A dream is one picture the studio makes from your prompt. Free, Creator and Studio plans include a monthly number of dreams. Unused dreams can carry once, up to one month. At zero, the next Dream it waits. A picture already being made is not cut off.
What is Standard, and what is Premium?
Standard is the lower-priced range of posters and canvas. Anyone can add a Standard print to the cart. Premium is the fine-art range, with cotton papers, frames, acrylic and small gifts. Premium needs a Creator or Studio plan. Read the guide for papers and sizes.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within the UK in 5 to 7 working days. Posters go in a tube. Framed prints, canvas and acrylic are ready to hang. Worldwide shipping is on request. Nothing is dispatched from this demo.
Can I return a print?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most goods within 14 days of receiving them. That right does not cover personalised goods, including a studio proof made from your prompt or a print of an image you uploaded. A faulty print is reprinted or refunded.
How do creators earn?
On the ex-VAT net, a creator keeps 20% of a Standard print and 40% of a Premium print. The house keeps the rest for paper, making and postage. Those shares are not paid out from this demo.
What file do I need to sell a picture?
Upload a JPG or PNG you have the rights to sell. A larger, sharp file prints more cleanly than a small screenshot. The house does not state a minimum pixel size, because that depends on the print size you choose.
Is it secure?
This preview keeps the cart, plans and, when platform sign-in is off, the account on this device. It does not take card details. A production checkout would use a payment provider. Do not put a card number in the contact form.
Is checkout live?
No. Demo checkout, no payment is taken. Plan prices, including Creator at the figure on the account page, are shown so you can try the shop. No subscription is charged.
Do prices include VAT?
Standard prices are shown excluding VAT. Premium prices include VAT. That stays until VAT registration is confirmed.
